Accommodation Rules for Long-Term Stay
1. Replenishment of Consumables
① During the stay, consumable items provided in the room such as toilet paper, tissues, and detergents will not be replenished once used up. We kindly ask for your understanding.
② Guests are requested to prepare their own necessary supplies. It is recommended to purchase items at nearby 100-yen shops. We appreciate your cooperation.
2. Receiving Mail and Parcels
① Since there are no permanent staff on-site, guests are advised to arrange deliveries during their stay to avoid inconvenience.
② Please ensure the full address, including building name and room number, is accurately provided (refer to the check-in guide for details).
③ If the guest is not at the accommodation during delivery, the courier will leave a notice. Please follow the instructions to arrange redelivery.
※ For mailbox keys, please contact the staff.
3. Cleaning and Supplies Replacement Service
① As a rule, regular towel replacement and room cleaning are not included during the stay. If needed, please contact us by 12:00 noon on the day before to arrange a paid service.
② Paid services include:

※ “Exchange basis” means used items are collected and replaced with new ones.
③ Simple floor cleaning tools (lint rollers) are provided in the room, but guests should prepare floor cleaning paper themselves.
④ To maintain good accommodation quality, we ask guests to perform daily cleaning. If the room is excessively dirty at checkout causing extra cleaning time, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Visitors and Noise Control
① Visitors are strictly prohibited.
② To maintain a peaceful environment and respect neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. Thank you for your cooperation.
5. No Smoking Policy
① Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including rooms, balconies, and public areas. If found violating this rule, a cleaning and deodorizing fee of ¥30,000 will be charged. Please be especially mindful.
6. Furniture and Equipment Damage
① All furniture and equipment are carefully maintained. Please notify us immediately if any damage or malfunction occurs. Depending on the situation, guests may be responsible for repair or compensation costs.
7. Garbage Sorting and Large Trash Disposal
① Please sort trash according to room instructions into burnable and non-burnable, and dispose of it in designated collection areas.
② For large garbage items (such as suitcases or furniture), prior application and payment of fees are required. Do not dispose of such items without permission to avoid extra charges. This also applies to guests using accommodation vouchers.
8. Key Management
① High-security special keys are provided, with only one key per room.
② For shared use, please use the key box properly and do not change the code without permission. Lost keys will incur a handling fee of JPY¥10,000. Please take care.
9. Room Inspections
① To ensure the safety of fire prevention, water, electricity, and other equipment, regular inspections will be conducted. Staff will notify guests in advance before entering the room. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
