行李寄放服務
Luggage Storage
寄放行李的部分需要至東新宿站步行2分鐘的DOMO HOTEL寄放。
Luggage storage needs to be drop at DOMO HOTEL, which is 2 minutes walk from Higashi-Shinjuku Station.

- 另外如需要寄放過夜的行李將會另外酌收一天¥800/件數的費用

入室請脫鞋
進入室內請脫鞋，嚴禁穿鞋入內，請善用我們為您提供的一次性拖鞋。

Please take off your shoes at the front door. Kindly use the disposable slipper provided.
土足厳禁
スリッパをご利用ください。
全館禁菸
如於屋內、陽台、走廊等及其他公共區域吸菸,將收取特別清掃及清淨作業費用3萬日幣。
No Smoking
An extract ¥30,000yen room cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in your guest room.
全館禁煙です
当民泊は全客室、ベランダ、廊下等のパブリックスペース全て禁煙とさせていただいております。喫煙された場合には消臭にかかる特別清掃代及び客室補償金として3万円をご請求させて頂きます。
大型垃圾處理
嚴禁隨意丟棄行李箱，如有需要，將酌收1,500日幣處理費。
Large garbage disposal
Throwing of luggage is strictly prohibited. A processing fee (1,500yen) will be charged.
粗大ごみの処理
勝手にスーツケースを捨てていかれることを固く禁じます 。粗大ゴミ処理をご希望の場合は手数料¥1,500円を頂戴いたします
房內傢具
嚴禁隨意搬動房內傢具。
Room furniture
Do not move furniture randomly.
部屋の家具
お客様のご都合で、家具を動かさないで下さい。
嚴禁染髮
客房及浴室內嚴禁使用任一染劑及染髮用品，如有發現，我們將向您收取清潔/修繕費5,000日圓。
Haircolor prohibited
Hair dyeing in the rooms and bathrooms is strictly prohibited.
We will charge you a cleaning and repairfee (5000 yen) if any contamination occurs.
髪の染色は固く禁止されています
客室・浴室での髪染めは固くお断りいたします。汚れが発生した際は清掃・修繕費(¥5000)を頂戴致します。お客様のご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。
備用之備品
房內有放備用垃圾袋及面紙在洗衣機上方的櫃子，備用廁紙則是放在馬桶上方櫃子內，若使用完了請通知我們。
※長租旅客將不另外提供備品補充服務。
Spare supplies
There is a cabinet above the washing machine to store spare garbage bags and tissue paper. Spare toilet paper is placed in the cabinet above the toilet. If run out, please inform us and we will hang it on the door for you. Thank you.
※For long-term rental passengers , no additional equipment replenishment service will be provided.
消耗品の補注
消耗品の補注について、ゴミ袋・ティッシュペッパーは洗濯機の上にご用意してあります。トイレットペッパーはトイレの棚の中にあります。使い切ったらご連絡ください。スタッフが補充いたします。
※なお、長期滞在のお客様には備品の補充はいたしておりませんので、予めご了承ください。
請將廁所衛生紙沖入馬桶
請將廁紙直接沖入馬桶，廁紙以外的垃圾請您丟到垃圾桶內。
Please flush toilet paper only.
Please flush the toilet paper ONLY in toilet, other than toilet paper, please throw into the trash. Thanks for your cooperation.
使用済みのトイレットペーパーは便器に流してください。
つまりの原因になりますので、一度に大量のトイレットペーパーを流さないでください。
垃圾處理
Garbage disposal
房間的垃圾桶分為「可燃」及「資源回收」兩種，請做好分類再丟入。
The trash cans in the room are divided into two types: combustible and noncombustible - resource recycling.
Please sort them before throwing them away.
東新宿&西新宿
DoMo J & DoMo A
位於1樓出電梯右手邊的垃圾回收室，請您將手邊的垃圾分好可燃與資源回收，並以一般塑膠袋包好即可。
In the garbage recycling room located on the right side of the elevator on the first floor, please separate the garbage on hand into combustible and non-burnable garbage and wrap them in ordinary plastic bags.
ゴミ室は一階を設置しており、そちらに置いていただければと思います。
なお、燃える、燃えないゴミなど分別でご協力お願いします。
百人町
DoMo S
請於下午15點前將垃圾放置走廊垃圾箱內，會有清潔人員收拾。
Please place your garbage in the corridor trash can before 15:00, and cleaning staff will pick it up.
ゴミを分別していただき、廊下にあるボックスに入れていただければと思います。
なお、燃える、燃えないゴミなど分別でご協力お願いします。
設備使用說明
Equipment instructions
浴室暖氣使用說明
冬天時, 按壓“ 暖房” 按鈕可使房間保持溫暖。
可以將衣物晾至浴室,並按下“乾燥”按鈕來加快衣物乾燥時間。
Bathroom heater instructions
Press the “Heatting” button to avoid chilly environment while taking the shower in the winter. Feel free to hang your clothes in the bathroom, and press the “Dryer” button to blow the clothing dry in a short period of time.
熱水器使用說明
若您需要使用熱水,請先開啟電源,稍待預熱,即可使用。
Bathroom heater instructions
Press the "On/Off" button when you need the hot water, the water will take a little while to warm up.
冷氣遙控器使用說明
建議室溫：冬天為攝氏25~26 ; 夏天為攝氏23。
Air conditioner remote instructions
Suggested room temperature for winter would be 25~26°C, whereas 23°C for summer.
電視遙控器使用說明
如電視畫面顯示黑屏、或顯示頻道無法收看,可點選“地上”此按鈕即可正常收看節目。
TV remote instructions
If the TV screen displays a black screen, or the channel is unavailable to watch, you can click the "地上" utton to watch the program normally.
洗衣機使用說明
按下開關按鈕啟動後,選擇洗衣方式,再按下“開始”開始洗衣。乾燥功能可使衣物脫水(建議使用30鐘)，搭配浴室暖氣,可加速衣服晾乾時間。
Washing machine instructions
Press the “On” button and select the program course, follow by “Start” to activate the machine. “Dry” function (Suggestion: 30mins) can be used to further remove moisture. Kindly use the heater in the washroom, which can helps to dry your clothes in a short period of time.
電器使用注意事項
由於住宅電壓無法承受多項電器,為防走火會於電壓超標時自動跳電。還請勿同時使用微波爐、吹風機及室內暖氣可以輪流使用。若跳電時請將門口旁的電壓箱中的開關再度打開,謝謝。
Reminder for using electrical appliances
Please Do Not use too many electrical devices (ex. microwave, hair dryer and heater) at the same time. An electrical circuit with too many electrical appliances turned on can exceed the circuit limit. Circuit breakers or fuses will automatically shut off the circuit at the main panel. Breaker box is right next to the door, if power goes off, please kindly check and turn it on.
轉壓式瓦斯爐使用方式
開：點燃火焰需按壓旋扭1~4秒才能放開開關
關：向右轉即關閉瓦斯爐火焰
How to Use a Push-and-Turn Gas Stove
On: To ignite the flame, press and hold the knob for 1 to 4 seconds before releasing the switch.
Off: Turn to the right to extinguish the gas stove flame.
押し回し式ガスコンロの使用方法
開ける：点火するには、ノブを1〜4秒間押し続けてからスイッチを離してください。
閉める：右に回すとガスコンロの火が消えます。
